1. Site survey & Design concept
After the initial meeting where we listen attentively to your
requirements and issues that you wish to address, our team will take a full survey of your space/s and
initiate the design concept from comprehensive layouts through to the space planning, mood boards
and 3D visuals for review and approval for further development.
2. Design development
We will further develop the design with relevant floor plans, elevations, 3D visuals and present furnishings, materials & colour palettes. This will again be presented to the client
for any modifications and for further approval.
3. Technical drawings, Schedules, Specifications
We will create documentation containing the final furnishings & materials detailing such as shop drawings for purchase orders, bidding & negotiations with vendors for cost efficiency. And thereafter submit a final budget
4. Contract Administration
We will coordinate meetings with all the consultants involved in the project and coordinate the orders to ensure that the project is on track and any issues are attended to
immediately.
5. Execution
After the design has been approved, our talented team will bring your vision to life. We will source for high quality materials, work with skilled craftsmen and oversee the entire project from conception to completion for a seamless execution
Post-Execution Service
Our commitment extends beyond the completion of the project. We offer ongoing support, including guidance on maintenance and access to paid support services when needed, ensuring your space remains exceptional.
